Death Cab for Cutie front man Ben Gibbard had done a split with Andrew Kenny in 2003, but this will be his first full length solo album. Former Lives comes out on October 16 from Barsuk Records, and is currently streaming on Youtube. Several of the tracks were mixed by his former Pedro the Lion band mate T.W. Walsh.
