In 2008, Bruce Springsteen lead the rally for Obama with constant appearances. This year, he has yet to appear on the campaign at all, but now the New Jersey singer has announced he will in Ohio on October 18.
Bruce is a famous supporter of Democrats who once stopped Ronald Reagan from campaigning on the song “Born in the U.S.A.” Considering “Born in the U.S.A.” is about a shoddy economy and disagreeing with a war America fought in. Reagan clearly understood lyrical intentions.
Bill Clinton will also be at the rally. No word yet on if the former President will be a guest saxophonist for the E Street Band.
