Blink-182 frontman Tom Delonge may have recently celebrated the independence of his pop punk group, but it’s his space rock indie act that we’re talking about today.

Earlier this morning, a new song from Angels And Airwaves popped up online entitled, “Diary.” The song hails from Gold Package VI, which is the name of the latest giveaway to members of the AVA fan club, and runs just over seven minutes in length. You can stream the song after the jump.

When they first emerged, I was so into Angels And Airwaves it was nearing the line of straight up pathetic. Then they released what felt like the same song about twenty times over two albums and I quickly changed my mind. “Diary” has few new ideas to bring to the table, but I’m confident supporters of Delonge’s efforts will find something to love.
