Houston, Texas’ incredibly talented instrumental foursome Scale The Summit have released a brand new live sessions trailer of some material they’re writing for their forthcoming album, The Migration, which we’re very excited to say will be released in 2013.
Many were skeptical as to how the band would fair sans original bassist, Jordan Eberhardt, but this video may just be proof that new addition, Mark Michell of Tetrafusion, will fill his shoes with the appropriate skill to help Scale The Summit continue to evolve musically and grow in popularity as they have so quickly done since their inception.
Watch the aforementioned studio video after the jump and listen to Scale The Summit’s recent single “Redwoods” as well. Seriously, do it. You’ll listen and be like, “Shit, I’m so glad I listened to that. If I didn’t, I’d be missing out and my life would not be nearly as enjoyable.”
