Jeff Mangum has played for the Occupy Wall Street movement many times; his original return to performing was a spontaneous performance in New York City. He lives in the city now, after all. Guy Picciotto has been more of a producer than a band member since Fugazi‘s hiatus. However, the two independent legends joined together to cover a song originally by The Tall Dwarfs, “Sign The Dotted Line”.
Take note of Jeff’s no shave November and watch the performance here on UTG by clicking “Read more”. Be sure to check out Jeff’s full tour dates here, too.

I finished school with a music theory degree. Before I finished school, I was a janitor. You really should apologize to all the janitors you've ever had. You hurt them. Seriously. You did.
But, now that we've cleared that up and you called your high school janitor, know that I quit being a janitor to pursue writing about music. So here I am, and here you are, and hey how are you?
