Set Your Goals Frontman Finishes Show After Breaking Foot On Stage

According to Set Your Goals fans on Twitter, one of the band’s frontmen, Jordan Brown, broke his foot on stage last night at A Very GK! Holiday in Oakland, California. However, even after somehow breaking his foot, Brown continued to perform for his fans anyway.

This is the kind of dedication to fans we at Under The Gun always like to see from artists. For instance, according to YouTube, this past summer, Lady Gaga was hit in the head at a show in New Zealand. After finishing the song and taking a ten minute break, she told her audience, “I want to apologize. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don’t you worry I will finish this show.”

According to NME.com, Metallica’s James Hetfield was accidentally set on fire at a Montreal concert in 1992 when he misread a stage cue, suffering second-degree burns on his arms and legs. Hetfield then continued to perform the rest of the tour with his roadie filling in on guitar.

That being said, there are many performers who would have given up on their fans in the face of discomfort and agony, however, Jordan Brown of Set Your Goals can rest easy knowing he won’t be joining the likes of those performers.
