Indie rock band Phoenix have had four albums, but their last effort, 2009’s Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, was what really made them take off. In an interview with Rolling Stone, their album head, Daniel Glass of Glassnote Records, said they had finished recording their new album and would release it in 2013.
The band’s website says “ALBUM IN PROGRESS” while also advertising some artwork that says TPC on it. As to what TPC would stand for if that is indeed the album title, I have no idea.
I finished school with a music theory degree. Before I finished school, I was a janitor. You really should apologize to all the janitors you've ever had. You hurt them. Seriously. You did.
