The Jealous Sound Sign To Rise Records; New Album In 2014

The Jealous Sound announced late last night that they have been signed to Rise Records! Congratulations to everyone involved in this excellent deal.

The band plan on re-releasing a deluxe version of A Gentle Reminder on February 5, which will include four bonus tracks. Their double vinyl release includes all the songs on the deluxe version as well as two remixes of “Got Friends”. One remix is done by Jimmy Tamborello of the Postal Service.

Rise Records also plans on re-releasing The Jealous Sound’s first two albums as a deluxe package. Watch out for their self-titled EP and Kill Them with Kindness to be re-released in summer 2013. The group will also be writing and recording for a new album, which will find its way to us all in 2014.
