A$AP Rocky Pleads Guilty to Attempted Grand Larceny

A$AP Rocky ASAP

Rakim Mayers, also known as A$AP Rocky, was arrested in NYC back in July following an altercation with two amatuer photographers.

The rapper initiated the fight after the photographers started snapping photos of him without his permission and was taken into custody for attempted robbery.

According to TMZ, Mayers pled guilty to attempted grand larceny earlier today in connection with the incident, as the rapper apparently tried to grab one of the cameras during the fight.

In addition to the larceny charge, Mayers was also booked for attempted robbery in the 2nd degree as well as assault. However, in exchange for his guilty plea, those charges were dropped.

Mayers has been sentenced to three days of community service and ordered to pay a $250 fine.

In other news, the track listing for Mayers’ long rumored debut, Long.Live.A$AP, was revealed today. Check out the track listing here and pre-order the album on iTunes.
