Rap-rock/nu-metal/WUBWUBWUBWUBWHATEVER journeymen Korn are hard at work writing a new album.
Drummer Ray Luzier leaked the news through his Twitter feed, tweeting a picture of the boards in the studio where the band is presumably recording. Saying that the band is in “full writing effect,” Luzier also stated that he was “SO stoked” on the group’s new “BRUTAL” material.
So which #brutal version of Korn will we see on this newest album? Maybe a return to their grimy roots? Or will this be another dubstep saturated affair in the same vein as their 2011 effort The Path of Totality. And for those keeping track, this will be the group’s eleventh album. Now that’s a lot of Korn.
