Taking Back Sunday To Start Writing New Record

Taking Back Sunday had quite a year, spending a large portion of 2012 celebrating the ten-year anniversary of their breakthrough record, Tell All Your Friends. However, it seems all the nostalgia has passed and the band is ready to move on.

In an interview with The Long Island Press, Taking Back Sunday drummer Mark O’Connell said, “[TBS] are going to start writing a new record in February. We are actually renting a farm in West Virginia, so it is just us five together, with no interruptions. We are all pretty excited about it.

The interview features several other familiar Long Island natives such as Alex Amiruddin (ex-The Movielife), Gary Bennett (ex-Kill Your Idols), Larry Gorman (ex-Glassjaw and Head Automatica), and current guitarist and vocalist for Nightmare of You, Brandon Reilly (ex-The Movielife).
