Last month, UTG announced that Rush was finally being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s since been confirmed that Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins of The Foo Fighters will be inducting the classic prog-rock band themselves.
Additionally, John Mayer will be performing with Gary Clark, Jr. in honor of Albert King and will later induct the late blues guitarist. Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Hudson will honor Donna Summers while Don Henley inducts Randy Newman.
Public Enemy, Heart and Quincey Jones will also be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame that day.
Watch the ceremony on HBO on May 18. Those who wish to attend the ceremony will be able to purchase tickets on February 1.
