Don’t let the Gainesville, FL point of origin fool you. Frameworks aren’t a bunch of scruffy, PBR swilling orgcore punks. Well, maybe they drink PBR. I don’t know the guys personally, so who’s to say what their libation of choice is?
No, Frameworks’ tastes and style is far more contemporary. For the uninitiated think along the lines of Touché Amoré or Comadre with more emphasis on melody. There’s some guitar noodling here as well. Not wankery, mind you. Noodling. The screamed vocals and energy keeps things heavy and brutal over the course of their songs.
