Pitchfork is reporting that The Postal Service has announced a string of tour dates for 2013 to commemorate the 10th anniversary and subsequent reissue of their 2001 debut Give Up.
Believe it or not, The Postal Service didn’t start out as a duo. There were a number of personel who contributed to the creation of the band’s beloved first (and only) album, most notably Rilo Kiley frontwoman Jenny Lewis. She’ll be joining the two other principles in The Postal Service, Ben Gibbard and Jimmy Tamborello, on the road for their 2013 shows.
As if you needed another reason to get excited for this. Check out the tour dates after the jump.
