Hoodie Allen is one of the few underground rappers that we truly believe never sleeps. Whether on the road, in the studio, or handling his ever-active social media feeds, Hoodie has been on a 24/7 grind for years now. Later this month he will release his latest free album, Crew Cuts (out 2/20), but for now we have a new single and video to enjoy.

Hitting the net early this morning, “Cake Boy” proves Hoodie is just as talented and lighthearted as ever, with slick visuals and a catchy beat you’ll want to hear again and again. We’re hoping to do more with the New York rapper before his album drops, but for now this is more than enough to keep us entertained. You can view the video below.
