The trailer for Joss Whedon’s modern adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing has hit the Internet, and the entire UTG stuff is very excited. Starring Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Nathan Fillion and a whole lot more, this retelling of the classic love story looks insanely promising, and you can tell the slick writing of Shakespeare really lends to Whedon’s filmmaking style.
The film was shot over the course of 12 days at Joss Whedon’s home in October of 2011, and it was produced by himself and his wife via Bellweather Studios. The film hits theaters on June 7.
You can check out the trailer after the break. Comment below and let UTG know if you’re excited about this film!
