Run For Cover Records’ Daylight recently shot a two song Nervous Energies session when passing through Birmingham, Alabama.

The band performed two songs for the recording: “Damp”, a song from The Difference In Good And Bad Dreams, the band’s most recent release through Run For Cover, and “Two Of A Kind”, a track from the band’s self-released 2010 EP, Dispirit .

The Pennsylvania quartet got off the road last month, and have a full length record titled Jar to be released on April 30. Based off of this recorded acoustic performance and their latest single “In On It”, it’s a safe bet to assume that this band is going to grow exponentially in 2013.
