I’ve grown a bit tired of these STREAM headlines, but when there are this many people on one track it’s hard to fit every notable person in any other way.

Following the radio success of the original, Rihanna has released a star-studded remix of her single “Pour It Up.” Featuring new verses from Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Juicy J, and T.I., the track boasts a lot of luxury life talk and next to nothing else. This shiny, but ultimately empty remix is for people who thought the original wasn’t vapid enough, and comes complete with additional bass lines for those who are not impressed with big names pontificating about their personal wealth. Rihanna is an unstoppable force in music, but more and more I find myself wondering how her talent has carried her this far. Don’t get me wrong, “Umbrella” is and always will be a classic, but the more we meet the ‘gangster’ Rihanna the less I find myself wanting to hear more in the future. Do you agree?
