Burning Twilight Call It Quits

A band that I met at Warped Tour one year and supported since known as Burning Twilight have announced via their Facebook today that they will be breaking up. They haven’t divulged any details as to why they made this decision, but nonetheless they will be parting ways as a group. You can read the official statement from the band by taking a look below the jump.

If you are in the Centralia, Washington area the band will be playing their very last show April 26 at The Quesadilla Factory (aka Dilla Factory). Be sure to purchase your tickets while you can and watch them play!

Dear friends and fans,
It has been a long and amazing road, however it is time for us to renounce our “legacy” (if you will) in the scene. BT will be calling an end to our era as a band, finishing who we are and what we have become at the end of April. It seems all too fitting that our show at the Dilla Factory, largely related to where we began, will be on April 26th. It will be the very last show you will see from us. We will do everything in our power to make it both fun-filled and the most passionate show you’ve ever seen from us, recalling accounts from members, and fans, both past and present. PLEASE join us for our last outing, it would mean the world to us. This isn’t the end of who we are as people, but rather a closing of a chapter in our lives. We love you all, and we’d like to make this the biggest show in the history of the Dilla Factory. Farewell and goodbye our friends, WE LOVE YOU ALL MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY!
