Just a week after rumors began to swirl that the band would be touring stateside without DJ Lethal later this Spring, a new single from Limp Bizkit has found its way online.
Streamed in its entirety for the first time since being teased over a year ago, “Ready To Go,” is the long-gestating single that features a guest appearance from Young Money mastermind Lil Wayne. The track is an all-out party rock song, and it often makes reference to the fact most rock music sucks these days. Then again, it follows this declaration with a guest verse from a hip hop megastar so…..yea. I don’t know what to make of that.
You can stream “Ready To Go” after the jump. The song is expected to be released on Limp Bizkit’s forthcoming album, Stampede of the Disco Elephants, which currently has no release date.
After you stream the track, comment below and let us know your thoughts. It’s clear this is much more generic than what we heard on Gold Cobra, but that might not be a bad thing.

I donno. The brief like 30 second clip Wes Borland posted almost seemed like it was going to be more Cruel Melody esque.
I think Limp Bizkit forgot that they had a large impact on the death of creativity in radio rock.

The sounds not for me, I dig “Eat You Alive” kind of stuff from from LB, but glad to know Lil Wayne is doing better……hell, ppl were saying he was gonna die for the longest.

LB always come out with a decent single, but there best songs are always on their cds. I like all type of music but no one plays better live than the bizkit… this song doesnt represent what the album will be like at all.. just a fun party type song. I heard the rest will be hard and the heaviest LB yet…we will see
