TMZ is reporting that Gucci Mane was out of prison for a day and already found himself behind bars last night, April 13, due to a parole violation.

Radric Davis, Mane’s real name, was placed in jail on March 26, charged with aggravated assault with a weapon, after smashing a champagne bottle over the head of soldier, James Lettley.

Lettley, who just wanted to take a photo with the rapper at the Harlem Nights establishment in Atlanta, said, “I was speaking to the security guard, and Gucci Mane hit me in the head with a bottle. And as I looked at him in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face.”

Apparently, according to TMZ, last night’s parole violation was unrelated to this particular incident.
