Farewell, Dreamer are a five piece post hardcore outfit hailing from Boston, Massachusetts. They’ve just released a brand new single titled “Hope,” featuring guest vocals by Matt Wentworth of Our Last Night. You can stream the new song by taking a look below the jump.
