WATCH: Cayucas Perform “East Coast Girl” Live on KCRW

Summer is just around the corner, and there’s nothing better than rolling down the windows and jamming out to some beachy tunes. Newcomers, Cayucas, hail from sunny Santa Monica, and fit the mold perfectly. The band stopped by the KCRW studios yesterday to perform the song, “East Coast Girl,” from their new album, Bigfoot.

With their catchy “ay!” chants and compelling vocal harmonies, Cayucas’ 60s-esque pop-rock is sure to be on your iPod playlist while you’re soaking up the sun this summer. You can catch the live performance of “East Coast Girl” on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic after the jump. If you like what you hear, do yourself a favor and check out their entire performance over at KCRW’s official website.
