After releasing a stream and free MP3 last week, The Front Bottoms are back in our headlines today with the debut of their lyric video for “Skeleton.”

The second song to surface off the group’s forthcoming Sophomore effort Talon Of The Hawk, “Skeleton” puts the evolution of The Front Bottoms’ from their last album until now front and center. The group’s sound, while familiar, has matured and become considerably more in depth both musically and lyrically. You want to dance as much as you want to pay attention to every line uttered, and you find yourself wanting to sing along as early as the second spin. You can view the video at the end of this post.
