Former Dance Gave Dance frontman Jonny Craig is back in our headlines once again, but this time it actually has something to do with music!

Earlier today, May 14, Jonny Craig released the official music video for his new single “The Lives We Live.” The clip features Craig performing in a room filled with mirrors, with brilliant editing making things pop far more than that basic description is leading you to believe. The song itself is okay, taking a middle of the road approach in terms of speed and overall appeal. It’s clear Craig wants us to hear and see him as this misguided soul with a voice that evokes both beauty and pain, but it’s hard to look past all the deception of the past. This song won’t be a radio smash, but those who have longed to hear his signature croon will probably weep tears of joy at the final product. You can view the video at the end of this post.
