RX Bandits Reveal Details About Covers EP

RX Bandits are hitting the ground running for 2013. Not only did they did they just finish a set at Skate & Surf (check out our photos from the festival here) during their 10 year anniversary tour of Resignation, but they’re releasing a new EP of covers as well. As noted on Property of Zack, the EP will consist of five different cover songs, ranging from Fugazi to Blonde Redhead. The majority will be released to fans for free on set dates, as noted below:

1. “Can’t Stand Losing You” (original by The Police) [free to fans on June 3rd]
2. “Falling Man” (original by Blonde Redhead) [free to fans on June 10th]
3. “Surf Wax America” (original by Weezer) [free to fans on June 17th]
4. “Cashout” (original by Fugazi) [free to fans on June 24th]
5. “21st Century Schizoid Man” (original by King Crimson) [exclusive to CD]

Be sure to catch RX Bandits on tour. While the majority of their tour dates remain on the west coast, New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia all nabbed a spot on the touring route. See the full list of tour dates here.
