Alleged Pedophile Arrested For Posing As One Direction Member Online

Take heed of this story, kids. Your favorite musician probably would never proposition you like this, and even if they did you should never play along. This is at least the third instance of this happening in recent years, and sadly it’s probably not the last.

John Eastman, a 45-year-old man from Connecticut, has been arrested for allegedly posing online as One Direction member Harry Styles to entice young girls into performing sex acts. An arrest warrant issued for Eastman claims he would use the username Harry.Styles888 on Skype along with a series of images he found online to prove he was Styles. After he had them convinced, Eastman would allegedly promise the girls concert tickets if they agree to pose nude or perform sex acts on web cam, then use his own web cam to capture pornographic images and video of the kids (some children believed to be as young as 5-years-old).

According to a story from The Waterbury Republican-American, Eastman was arraigned in court Thursday morning on a number of charges, including employing a minor in an obscene performance. He is being held in lieu of $500,000 bond and is expected to appear in court again soon.
