O’Brother Announce New Album ‘Disillusion’

Atlanta, GA natives O’Brother announced today that they will be releasing a new album, called Disillusion, via Triple Crown Records on August 20. Read a statement on the effort below and check back on UTG for upcoming streams, tour dates, and more.

Disillusion was produced by Mike Sapone (Brand New, Straylight Run).

“O’Brother is thrilled to announce the release of their sophomore studio album Disillusion, slated for August 20th, 2013 via Triple Crown Records. The band ventured out of their hometown of Atlanta, GA to the bitter cold of Long Island this past winter to hole up in the studio with engineer/producer Mike Sapone (Brand New,Public Enemy, Daytrader). The result is a heavier, refined follow-up to the band’s critically acclaimed 2012 debut Garden Window, which the Wall Street Journal’s Jim Fusilli described as “…a brutalizing blend of industrial rock, alt-metal and metal featuring a three-guitar attack….”
