2 Chainz Announces Title of New Album

A few days after announcing its release date, 2 Chainz has finally revealed that his new album will be titled B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time. His sophomore release is scheduled to hit shelves on September 10.

If you want to know what you can expect from the album, take a listen to the Pharrell-featured single “Feds Watching” here. 2 Chainz has his standard hip-hop sound, but keeps a slight Caribbean influence underneath it. The video, which was also shot a few days ago, looks like it will have an equally Caribbean location, judging by photos taken from the set.

Now with the name announced, a release day set, and a single out (with its music video on the way), it looks like all is in place for 2 Chainz sophmore record to play fair. Only now we’re left to wonder: will the rest of the record sound just as good? Leave your comments in the replies.
