Fast-rising Massachusetts pop rock band Arrows Over Athens are no strangers to the front page of UTG. We have been following the band’s ascent through the underground for well over a year, and it seems they’re set to finally break through to the mainstream with the July release of their new album, Myths, Monsters & The Maker. A new song from the group premiered online today via our friends at Absolutepunk, and those looking for something exciting to boost their day would be wise to check it out.

It can sometimes be hard to discern what separates the countless pop rock bands vying for a shot at stardom, but when it comes to Arrows Over Athens it’s clear from your very first interaction with their music that something truly special is being created by their efforts. Their music has that innate sense of fun and heart that no amount of well-written lyrics can force, and to see them grow further into their own sound with “Thirty Years” peace is nothing short of exciting.
