Big Sean Debuts “Beware”

Just days after releasing the street date for Hall Of Fame, Detroit native Big Sean has dropped a monstrous single that is sure to keep fans moving throughout the summer.

Featuring a little assistance from YMCMB member Lil Wayne and fast-rising star Jhene Aiko, “Beware” is the kind of relationship-focused hip hop track that could only be brought to life by someone as smooth as Big Sean. The beat, produced by Key Wane and Mike Dean, offers listeners a poppy, head-bobbing experience that plays well with the attitude delivered by all three vocalists. It feels like a love song, and in many ways it is, but anyone familiar with Big Sean’s history knows no song is about only one topic. There are all kinds of themes here, from trust and loyalty, to respect and work ethic, and the best part of the whole listening experience is recognizing it’s as fun as it is insightful. You can stream “Beware” at the end of this post.

There is no word yet whether or not fans can expect “Beware” to end up on Hall Of Fame, but we would not be too surprised if that indeed turned out to be the case. In the meantime, be sure to watch the album trailer and let us know your thoughts on Big Sean’s latest material.
