Get Involved are a new group formed by members of Thursday, From Autumn To Ashes, Glassjaw, and Judge. They started off as Get Involved, then were Get Involved!, and now are apparently Gt Nvlvd!, according to their press release. This recalls memories of when This Town Needs Guns became TTNG back in January.
The post-hardcore supergroup has only a few shows to do this season, but one of them is surprisingly large: opening up for Taking Back Sunday. Any band without a record deal should be happy for that.
All of the shows take place in the northeastern United States, as the band is based there. Hopefully, we’ll one day get to see a real, full on tour. Until then, check out the shows they have lined up after the break.

They already had one of the stupidest names in recent memory, then they omit the vowels and blow my mind with one of the stupidest and worst names in recent memory.
Don’t forget HRVRD as well. No respect for the written word, I swear.
HRVRD had received a cease-and-desist letter from Harvard University, so they were forced to change theirs to the vowel-less version.
That is very true so I guess they’re off the hook haha.
