Issues Post Update, Plan On Hitting Studio Soon

Issues have already let fans know that they plan on making new music, so it’s not too surprising that they are now indicating that they plan on hitting the studio in the near future. They also stated that they will have Kris Crummet produce their album, which is the same guy who produced Black Diamonds. You can read the full update from the band by taking a look below the jump.

I imagine we will be hearing from these guys again soon, so expect some updates in the near future, and be sure to keep your eyes peeled for more information on the upcoming album!

Dear Hooligans,

It’s been almost a year since we recorded Black Diamonds, and you guys have been amazing. Thanks for supporting us! We have tried to grow as musicians and as friends, and I know the minor adjustments and bumps in the road have been awkward for you guys this year, so we promise we will make it up to you with this record. Sitting in a garage in Pasadena this summer, sweating our asses off but writing these songs the way we did in the beginning, hopefully you will feel it. “Old Dena raised us, and the road will never change us.” Cheers to a new beginning, re-evaluating our Issues.

We are going in with Kris Crummet because at the end of the day, he’s one of the hardest working and rawest engineers/producers in this industry. We had a blast doing our EP with him and we love the natural talent he brought out in us. His technique is raw, and gives us the chance to get the best feel without tons of production.

Leggo,
Oh What Da,
Issues
