Just hours ahead of his new mixtape release, MMG member Stalley has dropped one final preview sure to fuel excitement for this Honest Cowboy‘s return.
Produced by Terrance Martin, “NineteenEighty7” is a track made for head-bobbing built on piano, passion, and a whole lot of drum and bass. It’s not the kind of track that tries to build and build, rather the type you put on while rolling through city lights on your way to and/or from the bar on a hot summer night. Stalley and Schoolboy Q pair well together, and their deliveries could not be tighter, but production this good could make even the most vapid lines sound like gold.
Honest Cowboy hits the net sometime tomorrow, and if “NineteenEighty7” is any sign of what to expect you can rest assured we’ll be discussing the release more in the days ahead. Comment below and let us know your thoughts on Stalley’s latest.
