Jane’s Addiction are currently streaming a new song, entitled “Another Soulmate,” which you can listen to inside this post.

Depending on your age, you may have caught the band 10 years ago when they took Lollapalooza on tour, sharing the stage with the likes of Audioslave, Incubus, Queens of the Stone Age, Jurassic 5, The Distillers, A Perfect Circle, and many more.

Tomorrow, the band embarks on the Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival, which has quite an interesting lineup. The bill includes Jane’s Addiction, Alice in Chains, Coheed and Cambria, Circa Survive and more. If you would have asked fans if they ever thought they would see Anthony Green share stages with Dave Navarro when Juturna came out, you probably would have been laughed at.

But 2013 marks a changing of times and an optimistic fusing of genres and celebrity every day. Maybe next Claudio Sanchez will hook up with a model like Carmen Electra.
