One of our favorite bands from the scene, Weatherbox, has now signed to Triple Crown Records. This follows years largely as a free agent, doing one-off releases with Topshelf Records and other similar labels. The first release will be out in early 2014, and will partner Triple Crown with Atlanta’s Favorite Gentleman label.
With the signing, the band has also announced a fall tour with Restorations. I’ve personally loved both bands for a while now (and have a soft spot for Brian Warren of Weatherbox’s lyrical style), so I’ll hope to see them on this tour. You can check out the tour dates after the break; until then, we’ll keep you posted on any new outings from the ‘box.

But, now that we've cleared that up and you called your high school janitor, know that I quit being a janitor to pursue writing about music. So here I am, and here you are, and hey how are you?
