Earlier today, a Paramore fan’s Twitter account spilled the beans on who would play drums for them on their fall tour. The drummer is former drummer for Underoath and current guitarist/vocalist for The Almost, Aaron Gillespie; the tweet saying such was confirmed by Gillespie. This may come as a surprise to some, as The Almost had only recently released their last album and one would’ve assumed they’d try to tour throughout the remainder of the year, but I guess we can perhaps start considering Gillespie a scene Dave Grohl. Love or hate his music, he’s got a pretty badass resume.
Paramore fans may recall that Zac Farro left the band in 2010 and they have lacked a true drummer since. Recently, on tour and on the album, Nine Inch Nails drummer Ilan Rubin has filled in; with Nine Inch Nails touring this fall, they had to find another replacement. See the band’s tweet after the jump.

Except that is not the official twitter account of @paramore
noted. It should be pointed out, however, that Aaron RT’d it, so it’s still essentially confirmed. But yes, that was an error on my part.
