Mysteryland Festival To Open In New York In 2014

Mysteryland Festival is a huge electronic music and arts festival that usually takes place in Holland. In 2011 the festival expanded to Chile, and next year it will be expanding to the US. Specifically, the festival will take place in Bethell Woods, New York, which hosted Woodstock in 1969, and hasn’t hosted a multi-day music festival since. The festival will take place Memorial Day weekend in 2014, and if you are interested in checking it out, I’d recommend heading over to their official website to sign up to receive email alerts for more updates as we get closer to the date.

Read what Bethell Woods’ Centre For Arts CEO, Darlene Fedun, had to say about brining Mysteryland Festival to the site of Woodstock:

We chose ID&T’s Mysteryland brand as the first modern era festival on the hallowed grounds for its belief in many of the same principles as our own organization. Creativity, unity, social responsibility and a focus on the “experience” of the guest. We are delighted to be working with an experienced festival creator and an organization of such high core values. We look forward to welcoming our Mysteryland guests to our wonderful bucolic and peaceful setting here at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival. We can’t wait to greet them!
