We are rarely the ones to sing the praises of Chris Brown, but this morning a song arrived in our inbox that demanded his presence on our feed once more. We’ll resume our regular disregard for Breezy later today.

Keeping fans excited for the forthcoming release of his long-awaited album My Name Is My Name, Pusha T has made a new single, called “Sweet Serenade,” available for streaming. The track is the second single to be given a proper promotional push off the album, and it’s the first to surface with any guest appearances. You can stream the Chris Brown assisted banger at the end of this post.

Chris Brown provides a hook worth learning on “Sweet Serenade,” but there is no denying Pusha T is still the star of the show. The variety of flows he is able to deliver never ceases to amaze, and on this track he has once again outdone himself. I won’t go as far as to say it’s the kind of song that will win over new fans, but it certainly reaffirms the belief Pusha T is one of the best in the game.

My Name Is My Name hits stores October 8.
