The musicians most prone to unusual collaborations are unusual musicians. Wayne Coyne, frontman for The Flaming Lips, and Moby have collaborated on the song “The Perfect Life,” with Wayne singing some vocals. The two now have released an official music video for it that features random dancing costumed people. In his own words, Moby says “We broke out an acoustic guitar and gathered all of the extras on a rooftop overlooking L.A. and sang an unrehearsed, impromptu version of the song. Please keep in mind we had no idea what we were doing.”

The track will be for sale on Moby’s upcoming release, Innocents, out on October 1. To watch the video, click “Read more.”
