Danny Brown Shares Cover Art For ‘Old’

Detroit rapper Danny Brown has been talking about his new album, Oldfor quite some time now. Thankfully we can stop watching the documentary and count the days until its release date at the end of the month. Brown is just as eager for it to drop as we are; the rapper took to Instagram yesterday to share a picture of the album’s hand-painted cover.

Depicting what looks like Brown as a general several years down the road, the album cover is in black and white with a melting gold frame of a military portrait. The painting is by Leila D’Amato and the design and layout were done by Sam Chirnside for Doubleday & Cartwright.

Old features spots from A$AP Rocky, Charli XCX, Freddie Gibbs, Schoolboy Q, A-Trak, and more. You can finally, finally grab a copy of Old on September 30 (via Fool’s Gold) or buy it when you catch Brown with Action Bronson on the 2 High 2 Die Tour.
