WATCH: Queens Of The Stone Age – “Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High?” (Arctic Monkeys Cover)

Queens Of The Stone Age 2013

Queens of the Stone Age‘s Josh Homme produced the new Arctic Monkeys album, AM, and has now covered the single from said album with his main project. Perhaps unexpected, though, this version is far more relaxed and chill; though it isn’t just Josh singing and playing on it, this version is definitely acoustic. Overall, it’s an interesting re-imagination of the song.

The Arctic Monkeys‘ new album drops this Tuesday. Keep your eyes peeled for a review from UTG and watch the performance after the break.

I finished school with a music theory degree. Before I finished school, I was a janitor. You really should apologize to all the janitors you've ever had. You hurt them. Seriously. You did.

But, now that we've cleared that up and you called your high school janitor, know that I quit being a janitor to pursue writing about music. So here I am, and here you are, and hey how are you?
