Bruno Mars will perform at this year’s Super Bowl Halftime show. Reports are in that he will do as such, and then his official Facebook has a post saying, “WE’RE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!!!” Last year’s Super Bowl performance had Beyoncé; more memorable performances include Prince covering the Foo Fighters and Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson having a wardrobe malfunction (which, if you don’t remember, was basically a nipple slip).
Not only do I actually enjoy Bruno Mars’ music, but I’m particularly entertained he will be the performer at this year’s Super Bowl, which is at an open-air stadium; given that it’s in February, we may watch Bruno and his band freeze their asses off. The majority of the songs on his latest album, Unorthodox Jukebox, are about having sex with women, so it’ll be interesting to see what songs they perform for the family friendly event. Overall, it should be pretty fun for a halftime show.
