It seems Ducktails is ready to get back to juggling two bands, because summer indie rockers Real Estate have just announced that their third album, LP3, is on the horizon. In true chill fashion, the dudes have released an album teaser trailer that’s pretty basic (we’re talking only a few seconds worth of new music) because they know, no matter what it shows, it’s still got fans wrapped around their fingers.

Real Estate’s last full length, Days, saw endless praise from critics and gave them the chance to spread their surf rock grooves to new audiences as an opening act for The Shins.
