A Day To Remember Win Court Case Against Victory

We’ve got some good news to end your week with! According to an exclusive update by Property Of Zack, A Day To Remember has won their court case against Victory Records. This means a number of different things, but one important thing to fans at least is that the band will be releasing Common Courtesy on Tuesday. There’s been no official word from the band yet, but we will keep an eye out for more updates on the issue.
