Well, it seems like we are now one step closer to finding out the fate of A Day To Remember. Property Of Zack is reporting that a fan reached out to them and advised them while at ADTR’s VIP Q&A session someone asked how the case went, and they responded stating the case is now up to the judge to decide. They don’t have a time frame, they’re just waiting. You can read what the fan said by taking a look below the jump.

At tonight’s VIP Q&A, someone asked how court went yesterday. Jeremy said it was cancelled and that it was left for the judge to decide the fate. No timeframe was set. Jeremy said he was extremely stressed.
