Brandon Flowers, vocalist for multi-platinum selling rockers The Killers, has announced plans to begin work on a new solo record. He will write and record throughout next year, and he is aiming to release the new material in 2015.
The new record will be Flowers’s first solo effort since 2010’s Flamingo, but the Killers have been busy in the intervening years. They released Battle Born in 2012, and a greatest hits compilation, Direct Hits, is due out November 11.
