The Wonder Years Announce Acoustic Holiday Tour, Offer Free Cookies

The Wonder Years may be one of the biggest pop punk bands around right now, but that doesn’t mean they’ve abandoned intimate shows and engaging with the fans on a personal level. The band opened a pop up shop in their hometown of Philadelphia, PA to promote the release of The Greatest Generation in May, where they hung out with fans, played ping pong, and hosted on a series of acoustic shows and movie nights.

That mentality has carried over into their upcoming acoustic tour, which will be hitting intimate venues on the east coast in December. Vinnie Caruana (I Am the Avalanche) and Young Statues will be supporting.

The twist: The band is offering free cookies and hot chocolate to anyone who wears an ugly Christmas sweater to the shows.

Check out the dates after the break.
