William Becket Releases Lyric Video For “By Your Side”

William Beckett has released a lyric video for “By Your Side,” which can be seen after the break.

The banjo-tinged track comes from Beckett’s first solo record, Genuine & Counterfeit, which was released in August of this year. The former frontman of pop rockers The Academy Is… has been hard at work on his solo career since the band announced their breakup in 2011. He has released a series of EPs leading up to the full-length, contributed his songwriting talents to tracks by Hey Monday and Demi Lovato, and toured with the likes of Relient K and Hellogoodbye.
