Last night, The Story So Far and Seahaven were jumped while on tour in Belfast, Ireland. Thankfully, it would seem that all the members of both bands are all right, and will conclude their romp across Europe tonight in Dublin.
News of the assault broke through a series of tweets by TSSF bassist Kelen Caperer, who provided followers with a very detailed, humorous account of the events, which can be viewed at the bottom of this post. According to Caperer, who referred to his tour mates as “street warriors” in response to a concerned fan, everyone involved sustained minimal injuries.
After tonight, both acts will return to the states, where The Story So Far will be gearing up for an extensive US tour, which will begin on November 1 in Santa Cruz and run well into December. For a full list of tour dates, consult the groups official website here.
I had to lay the force of Valhalla into a thug’s head tonight with my foot. Metallica – Kill ‘Em All sneakers were a good investment.
